Browser-Based Tools (No Server Upload)

The following tools process everything locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers:

  • Image Compressor: Images are compressed using browser APIs. No data leaves your device.
  • Image Converter: Format conversion happens entirely in your browser.
  • Background Remover: AI processing occurs locally using your device's capabilities.
  • Video to GIF: Video frames are extracted and converted in your browser.
  • Audio Extractor: Audio is extracted from videos using the Web Audio API locally.
  • Metadata Viewer: EXIF data is read directly from your files in the browser.
  • QR Code Generator: QR codes are generated client-side with no server involvement.

Tools Using External APIs

Some tools require server-side processing to function. Here's how they handle your data:

  • YouTube Thumbnail Downloader: YouTube URLs are sent to our proxy server to fetch thumbnails (avoiding CORS restrictions). URLs are not logged or stored.
  • AI Caption Generator: Image descriptions are sent to Google Gemini AI via Cloudflare AI Gateway. Data is processed but not stored permanently.
  • Bio Generator: Your inputs are sent to AI for generation. Content is not stored after processing.
  • Content Calendar Generator: Topic information is processed by AI and returned immediately without storage.
  • Audio to Text: Audio files are sent to Google Gemini AI for transcription. Files are processed and deleted immediately.
  • Voice to Text: Recorded audio is sent for transcription and not permanently stored.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to operate our services:

  • Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized, aggregated data about how our tools are used (page views, tool usage counts). This data cannot identify individual users.
  • Error Logs: When errors occur, we may log technical details to improve our services. These logs do not contain personal data or file contents.
  • Theme Preferences: Your dark/light mode preference is stored locally in your browser.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage minimally:

  • Essential Cookies: For basic site functionality and security.
